All of the fax coverpages built into the Ring Central for Windows programs have had the To: and Department: fields removed.  When you send a fax using the built in coverpages, these fields are left blank.  I'm told by RC support that the only way to fill these in now is to add each person you're faxing to your contact list.  That is a ridiculous suggestion as it would fill my contact list with useless contacts that were only used to fax something to one time.  Please put the ability to fill in the To: and Department: fields on the built in coverpages.
