Problem receiving fax and phone calls

Not just a fax problem; also problem with voice calls.

Calls today are coming from 318 area code; they are able to get through to our main number but not to any of our direct dial numbers. Message is "Call cannot be complete as dialed ..."

Include the time and date of the instance and what number the the fax was attempted from, and what number in your account they were attempting to fax to.
