RingCentral Pro Plan - Do you get charged for each user you have?

Hello!

I was wondering if you get charged for each user in the RingCentral Pro Plan? If so, how much is each user? If there is no charge, how many users can you have max?

Thanks!
Luke

Luke,

First we need to define "user". In the Professional Plan there are three"sub" plans. "Pro", "Pro Plus" and "Pro Power". They allow 2, 5 and 10 extensions respectively.

If you are defining a "user" as a person who you will assign an extension to, the above is your answer. This information is available at http://www.ringcentral.com/pro/plansandpricing.html.

If you are defining a user as someone who will have their own phone number, which can be assigned to an extension, then each plan only includes one "user".

I assume you are most likely speaking about extensions which allow an individual to have a distinct and separate extension from other users. If I am incorrect in my assumption, what would be your definition of what a user is to you and your organization?

I was defining "user" as a person who has a phone number and can be added to an extension. What happens if you add more then one user?

Also what would the price be if I added a "user" without a phone number.

Hi Luke,  You can add as many users as you need with no cost as long as you don't need more digital lines. See RC Installer's comments on this thread:  https://community.ringcentral.com/ringcentral/topics/adding_an_exten
