We're having similar issues. I was on the phone with Tech support for over an hour one day a little over a week ago & was finally told it wasn't their fault, it must be the computer. They refused to escalate the problem to someone else because it was working properly on other computers, so it must be this computer. I have had nothing but headaches with this over the last weeks!
BTW - I am attempting to use Print to fax, and all older versions of the software have been removed.
