Is anyone else having faxing issues today?

In response to Melanie Pyle on FACEBOOK: http://www.facebook.com/489512754531262/posts/10154492344838989 Is anyone else having faxing issues today? I don't mean the fact that I was forced to do the upgrade and can longer manipulate my documents once they go to ringcentral fax, but simply that they are not going anywhere! They were fine this morning but now I click on the ring central printer and my documents never show up to be faxed. Extremely frustating. I am having to print all documents out and fax with old dial up fax....this is NOT why we pay to have ring central!!!

We're having similar issues. I was on the phone with Tech support for over an hour one day a little over a week ago & was finally told it wasn't their fault, it must be the computer. They refused to escalate the problem to someone else because it was working properly on other computers, so it must be this computer. I have had nothing but headaches with this over the last weeks!

BTW - I am attempting to use Print to fax, and all older versions of the software have been removed.

Be sure to uninstall, and reinstall the RingCentral Desktop.  It should install the print driver when you do this.  When you view your available printers you should see it as an option like below. 



If you still don't see the option, or have other issues, then go ahead and open a support case here:   Open a Case
