Word mail merge to Ring Central fax

Tried Word mail merge to Ring Central fax to a group of faxes ( #########@rcfax.com). recipient got the cover , but no document? What was done wrong?.

Are you by any chance sending it in html instead of an attachment?  If you send it in an html format it won't come through.
