Call from a blocked called id or group number on Ringcentral 7.5.2

Hi. 

Since upgrading from the legacy softphone we are unable to call out from a blocked number, also numbers in groups are no longer accessible to the softphones and setting the outbound caller id in the online portal settings has no effect...

Please advise.
