Allow for more than one Call Queue Manager

We are going to turn on SSO. Currently managers can simply login with a manager login via a phone number and password so they can share the duties...change the account email address and contact number while one manager is on vacation or sick or something (very cumbersome) but when we turn on SSO I suspect this will change. I need to be able to have multiple managers for a call group. Only one manager makes NO sense. Its sort of aggravating actually that I can only setup one manager. Is there a way to have multiple manager level users for call groups? What does setting this up look like after SSO is turned on?

Hi Joseph, if you are an Admin on the account, you should still be able to do this.

See the following for making a user an Admin:   User Roles and Permissions

Sorry, I wasn't clear/complete in my response,  but the field to add the Manager's email only allows for one entry.  We can make this and Idea topic. Until then the best resolution is to give those users Admin rights.

Yes, It's still the same process.  SSO won't change anything as far as setting/changing the call queue manager.
Making a User the Call Queue Manager

I understand you need to limit Admin access to certain things. Please join the discussion on this thread and explain what ideas or limitations you would like to see.  Admin: grant certain admin permissions to certain users

how to make a user an admin is not my question.
My question is how can I setup up multiple managers for a single call group??
I mean it makes sense to at least have 2 or even as many as you wanted for single call group.
The problem I is that I can only have one manager. Because i can only have one manager I have 2 people sharing a single login...but after I turn on SSO that will not work because they cannot share their network passwords.

If I turn on SSO for my company, how do I set call queue managers? Same Process? You guys have documentation on this? I know how SSO works and what it is...I need to know what changes with how I setup users I guess. Making people admins giving them access to the ENTIRE business phone system is not a resolution, that's a problem.
