RingCentral Meetings: Trouble logging in since update on OSX.
Ever since I updated my RingCentral Meeting application on OSX, I have not been able to login. I noticed after the update that the login window no longer references RingCentral and simply says ZOOM Cloud Meetings.
After entering in my phone number, extension, and password, the login button is not active, so I can't click on it. However, if I press back and click login again, then the sign in, the login button is active. When attempting to login though, it gets stuck.
I have tried deleting the application and reinstalling it, but it does not help. Is anyone else having this issue or have had any luck fixing it?
Jack I also have had the same problem, I have been calling for support and cannot get anyone, I have opened 3 tickets in the last month and still have no support. Very frustrating hopefully someone from ring central see's this and will try to help.
