Number of rings settings for office phone

Im trying to get my office phone to ring (on the customers end) only twice opposed to 3-4 times and on settings it doesnt seem to help if I put it on 5 sec or 20 sec.....any suggestions?

Hello - 

I would not recommend going below 20 seconds because the ISP speed and other network configurations all take into factor on how long it takes the call to route to your phone.  It's a good rule of thumb that 1 ring = 5 seconds, but this is not necessarily how many rings you will hear on your phone.  And you won't be able to control how many rings the call her hears.
