I have been using this company for a year and it is by far the worst nightmare I have ever had. I am sitting on hold for the 100th time as they continue to screw up my business lines that I have had for ten years and they are now holding hostage yet they've shut them down due to a so called fraud alert. They have overcharged me for months on end and wasted thousands of my dollars and hours of time. I now sit here on hold again and my phone lines have been OFF, I repeat OFF, for days and I have thousands of client.s Remember, I said I am on hold? Someone is trying to call me from their company while I am on hold. It's crazy - anything that can go wrong goes wrong and more with RingCentral. This is the first negative review I have ever given as I am not typically negative but something's gotta give with these guys.
