Fax editor

Case #04284402 - I really need the fax editor option you offered with the blue softphone and do not offer with the new version. It's highly needed for my business, as I daily receive contracts, that I need to edit, add comments, sign, date and send back without printing, hand writing, scanning, creating a PDF file and then sending. It is terribly inconvenient and your cooperation adding this option for me will be greatly appreciated.

I do not like it, not easy and friendly to use as the old blue softphone. Wish I still had the option to use it. I'm looking for other products out there, but it will be costly for me to use them and ring central, consider switching to them, but after being happy most of the time with ring central for 8 years, want to see if I can still remain your customer. Without a fax editor though, I hate to say it, but I can't be your customer. It's very inconvenient to print, hand write, scan and attach when all these steps were just 1 easy step with your old softphone. Please advise at your earliest convenience, if you can do anything about it, or I need to move on. Thanks.
