3. Restart, uninstall, re-install. Reset network.
I am mid calls and then it will give a short interruption, shortly after that it will then drop the call and say in red at the top "Offline Mode" and at the bottom "Update could not be downloaded". Then that will sit there for a few minutes then say "Calling Unavailable". That will be stuck like that until I restart the program. There has been days when this happens many MANY times. Then days it is completely good. So I have no idea what to do. I don't lose connection with anything else on my computer. At a loss on what to do.
