Microphone Volume Auto Adjusting - Plantronics Voyager UC

The microphone volume keeps auto adjusting and I've tried everything to stop it including disabling app control for the control panel. I've spent hours and hours researching and trying things but can't stop it. The problem is that the mic automatically adjust up when it picks up faint background noise which then makes that background noise crystal clear to my customers. My customers are constantly telling me that they can hear everyone and everything crystal clearly from the background. I've spent a lot of money on RingCentral enterprise and Voyager Legend UC headsets. I am using the Windows desktop newest version 7.5. Need help or I have to switch providers.

  1. What operating system are you using (please note that Window's 10 is still in Beta)?
  2. Try going into your Sound settings > Communications > and select "do nothing" and test.
