I just set up our 10 user unlimited fax account today. I don't know if our account is even set up properly. I've sent a fax from my MS Outlook to a fax machine, but I have not be able to receive one. I need to be able to have all 10 users get individual fax notices (We have HIPPA on) in their Email. I see in My Extension Overview that I have messages, but there is nothing in my InBox.
