Depends on where the man number rings - auto attendant or call queue group.

So, are you wanting one of the options the caller selects to ring a group of phones?

I actually would like the call to come in here a couple options and then automatically start ringing on multiple phones.

Just to make sure we are on the same page... caller will hear press 1 for this, press 2 for that, etc., and if they don't select an option - that it would time out to a group of extensions?

That is correct. I can see see in the call handling where i can have it disconnect or transfer to an extension but i would rather not have the caller have to listen the the prompt 3 time before it takes action.

I have several clients that have your desired result, but not via their IVR. You might want to reach out to your rep or RC support since this is something that requires more interaction that the forum.
