"Personal Contacts" on Desktop App not syncing to Mobile App

"Personal Contacts" were manually added to Desktop App and appear in ringcentral.com account but are not syncing to Mobile App.  Is this not a supported feature of the iPhone app?   


I have a US professional account.

There is a feature request for this and is not currently supported.
