I am very upset that fax features that used to be in older softphones version are no longer valid, and this is a huge drawback! I am referring to:
- impossibility to edit any info "From" now
- impossibility to view before sending now
- impossibility to remove header or showing that fax is being sent by Ring Central.
If this is not fixed shortly, I might have to unfortunately consider switching after years of being a customer.
