Why does Ring Central automatically charge me for items without my approval?
I am on an unlimited plan, which means unlimited and is exactly what I paid for almost two years ago. Now I am getting charged automatically, without my approval for minutes that I should never be charged for. I never approved this and my plan is unlimited, which means I do not have to pay for anything else because I pay for the whole thing in one yearly sum. I try and contact support and they tell me there is nothing that they can do. The customer service is an absolute joke, I have had to try and reach out to people over a dozen times with nobody being able to help.
Van Emon - it's recommended you contact your account rep directly for questions related to your contract, charges, and other payment questions. I would specifically ask him about international charges as I don't believe these are "unlimited".
