Faxing straight from the printer option disapeared.

I used to fax a document like word or pdf straight from clicking on the print option. I used to apper a printer by the name of " ring central". So after cliking that the document was going directly to the desktop application. It disappear????. The agent on the chat window said that new version of the application does not come with this. THIS WAS THE BEST FEATURE THAT THE APPLICATION HAD!!! No i have to do many steps to send a fax including saving it then editing, drag it to the application and what is worse it make me save the file on a folder even if I dont need to. THIS IS MUCH LESS CONVVINIENT!!!
