Iphone mobile app calls own number when dialing out

Every time I try to make a phone call from the RingCentral mobile app, it calls my own ring central number instead of the number I dialed. How can I fix this?

Is VoIP Calling disabled?  Calls will be made as a RingOut call when VoIP Calling is turned off.
