Please include as many details as possible. Are the faxes failing from all numbers, or specific numbers etc.
This Started this Monday I just noticed no faxes coming in, people started calling me saying they were getting errors when trying to fax to me, I can fax to them no problem but they can't me and when I reviewed the call log area it shows normal fax results for the Friday faxes but starting Monday says rejected and normally in the phone number area has the persons fax number they are faxing from but now has my fax number instead? I made a copy of my call log screen I can send to you as a PDF if you want to see it and can't see the Ring Central one, it is from all numbers.
