ringcentral is rejecting incoming faxes, started yesterday, how do I get this fixed

Have had no problem for over a year then all of a sudden is rejecting incoming faxes, why

Can you please supply us with details so we can research this.   Can you provide us with times, dates, and the phone numbers involved etc.   We made this a private conversation so that you can post details. 

Please include as many details as possible. Are the faxes failing from all numbers, or specific numbers etc.

Hi Mike,

This Started this Monday I just noticed no faxes coming in,  people started calling me saying they were getting errors when trying to fax to me, I can fax to them no problem but they can't me and when I reviewed the call log area it shows normal fax results for the Friday faxes but starting Monday says rejected and normally in the phone number area has the persons fax number they are faxing from but now has my fax number instead?  I made a copy of my call log screen I can send to you as a PDF if you want to see it and can't see the Ring Central one, it is from all numbers. Faxes from 863-232-2910 do not seem to be hitting our system (I went back and check that caller ID number back through Jan 30th). Could they be sending a fax from a different number?  

At this time please have the customer re-send to test (verify the correct number they are faxing to). Then if the issue continues, please open a web case for further troubleshooting.

My phone is 863-3232-2910 this is the not fax number.  The fax number is 863-326-6780 we did a text this am and the test fax came in but the missing faxes from Monday and Tuesday did not.

At this time please   open a web case for further troubleshooting.
