If you are experiencing the error "Only calling available", DO NOT log out. The last time this occurred with Ring Central, if you tried to log out, you could NOT log back in and lost all functionality. At least if you stay logged in, you will be able to call out, but people will just not be able to call you. There is no current ETA from Ring Central for a resolution. Their status page also STILL says, "no known issues" and they never seem to update their status page timely.
