Zendesk widget is not creating tickets

Our Zendesk Integration is allowing agents to login but is not creating call tickets. This is affecting almost 50% of our active agents.

Not able to make a call about this, and can't get through to chat support.

I see there is an open ticket that has been escalated but still "Work in Progress" case 04312931. 

I'll follow up on this and make sure they update you on the status.
