I recently signed up for RingCentral conferencing specifically because conferencing service with Indonesia was available. Now that RingCentral is moving us to a different conference number, we will no longer have service for my colleagues in Indonesia, rendering my service useless for me. Has anyone else experienced a similar degradation of service? I was told, more than once, that I would lose no functionality. Does anyone else have this problem? If so, how has RingCentral addressed it?
