Auto receptionist issues

My auto receptionist is not reading the entire greeting we have set for incoming calls. What to do?

Hello,

A couple questions:

Was it working before this?
Is this an imported file or did you record it over the phone?
If you play the file from inside the portal, does it do the same thing?

It may come down to re-recording the message, try downloading it and playing from your Windows Media player and see how it plays as well. Then uploaded it, if it works ok through your media player and see if that resolves it.
