Call Queue: How do I reduce the time delay in between calls?

When I am on a call and the other phones in my office are ringing and I hang up the phone, my phone doesn't ring for about 5-10 seconds. I want to be able to hang up and answer the other incoming call right away. I was able to do this with my old Cisco phone.

Are you answering calls that are directed to your extension or through a call queue?

Is the "Minimum post-call wrap up time before agent's status is automatically set available:" filed set to 0?

Daniel - this can only be changed by the Admin or whoever has access to the call queue.

So I checked the minimum post-call wrap up time and it is already set to zero. Is there anything else I can do?

It's also based on your network environment (bandwidth, speed, ports, etc).
