Even though the number is captured in the Call Log of the APP.

And the RC4W APP displays the number along with the name.

We are in the middle of pushing out updates right now and will probably take another week or two. Can both of you each open a case, and in the case notes, include the mobile app version, plus any screenshots, times/dates with numbers so we can see examples.  Then it will be helpful if you reply back here with the case numbers.
