Says number is disconnected

I switched to ring central at the end of last year. Ever since then I've had a few clients/vendors tell me they can't get thru my line as it says this phone number has been disconnected. Anyone else have this issue?

Andres - I have set this conversation to private so that I can gather some more information from you.  What is the number that is having the issue? I'll look it up and test it for you.

What this number (the most recent one) within 24 hours?

Andres - I spoke with Tier 3, and we'll need the following information (as best you can provide): 
Call Sample within 24 hours:
  • Date of call: 
  • Time of call:
  • Number (To):  (814) 861-5626
  • Number (From):
See if you can duplicate this issue with your cell phone or a co-workers (we need to see if it's isolated to a certain carrier: T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.)

Andres - neither one of those numbers are showing up in our system.  Are those numbers being ported into RingCentral? Do you have a port request?

When you login to service.ringcentral.com into your account select Phone Systems > Company Numbers & Info...those numbers do not appear on there.

I'll put that info into the case for you.  Your case number is:  04428528.  To update this case with further information please login to http://success.ringcentral.com/RCContactSupp.  Select contact support, and you will be able to see view: all open cases at the bottom of the page.

Were you able to isolate a certain carrier?
