Time on phones is off by 1 hour

The phones in our office are displaying an hour later than local time. It's 2:01 PM now, but they display 3:01 PM. Where do our phones get their time from?

We are seeing the same thing in our office but only on some of our phones. Does anyone have any ideas why that might be?

I just found this post explaining that a reboot of the phone is required to fix the time zone issue. https://community.ringcentral.com/ringcentral/topics/time-zone-incorrect-on-polycom
