Call quality / Jitter

We've got a 30 seat RC customer in Boston with some periodic call quality (echo, drop outs) problems over the past 2 weeks. We are trying to determine if Jitter or latency from the ISP side is a potential cause. We've done some basic ping plotter comparisons of traffic to generic google as well as to a ring central data center and they do show differences, but we need some input on whether the results we're seeing could explain call quality issues.

Please see the screenshots below - any feedback on determining the cause is appreciated. The connection is a 10MB ethernet line from Verizon Business.

Thanks for posting the PingPlotter reports.  There is definitely an issue that needs investigated.  Because there are problems and packet loss at each hop in the routing report, you'll want to report this to your ISP.  I would recommend sending them these same reports.
