Ringer set to speakers and headphones but only rings in headphones

ringer set to speakers and headphones but only rings in headphones. Headset is not usb.

What product are you referring to?  Desktop app?  If so, I assume when you plug in your headphones it disables your speakers.  That is a function of your computer, not the RC app.
