Community: How do I search or post a question to the Community?

1. Click the Sign In link at the top right of the screen and log in with your RingCentral credentials (recommended).   

Non-customers can create a new login with the GetSatisfaction link, or log in with an existing Facebook, or Google account. 





2. Type your question (search) using one of the two search fields at the top of the page.



3.  The Community search engine will return results from the Community and also the RingCentral Knowledge Base.  If you do not locate a topic that answers your question, continue by clicking the Continue Creating Conversation link shown below. 



4.  On the next screen, click the Question box, and follow the instructions in the shaded area, by completing the Description field with the details of your question, and click Post.

my computer quick view window for ringcentral is stuck and i can't click on anything...i have logged out and login again and it's still frozen how can i clear it out?

Please try rebooting your PC. Please reference the new conversation here: Window is stuck- cannot click on anything
