Non-customers can create a new login with the GetSatisfaction link, or log in with an existing Facebook, or Google account.
2. Type your question (search) using one of the two search fields at the top of the page.
3. The Community search engine will return results from the Community and also the RingCentral Knowledge Base. If you do not locate a topic that answers your question, continue by clicking the Continue Creating Conversation link shown below.
4. On the next screen, click the Question box, and follow the instructions in the shaded area, by completing the Description field with the details of your question, and click Post.
