Resolved: RingCentral Meetings: Cannot login

We are investigating reports of users unable to login to RingCentral Meetings. We will update this thread as soon as more information is available.

A portion of RingCentral customers are currently unable to login to RingCentral Meetings. Users may experience "Sorry, your login failed." Customers are able to place and receive calls and faxes; no other services are impacted at this time. Customers who were currently logged into RingCentral Meetings will not experience this error. 

The next  update will be available in 4 hours or when new information is available.

I was booted from RingCentral Meetings and now am receiving the error.

Anyone getting this error, please open a support case using the button below.  In your case notes, copy and paste the following text. 

Please include in Case Notes:   The phone number you are logging in with and  Parent case 04465156   INC-17187
