We are a US account. All day today we have been experiencing calls where the incoming call quality has been extremely poor. Most calls sound fine but many calls are very choppy, with the sound good for a second and then no sound at all the next second. People on the other end of the call say the call sounds good. This has happened both on our desk phones, Polycom VVX 330, and on calls forwarded to cell phones. If you call someone back, most times the connection is fine. Any help troubleshooting would be appreciated. I have done a speed test on our internet as well as checked pack loss. Our internet appears to be normal. Running a ping to our ringcentral account had the following results
