Carey - can you please provide more information here? Are you talking about the iPhone/Android App? If so go into your settings online and go to Call Handling & Forwarding > Desktop App and Smartphone > increase the number of rings here. :-)

This seems to have been entered twice, I'll see if I can figure out how to delete this post.  Please look at "Phone only gives one little buzz while on silent (buzz enabled)".  It's not a question of the number of rings, it's how the app behaves on silent.
