Netgear VPN Firewall FVS336Gv3 configuration issue

I have a Netgear VPN Firewall FVS336Gv3 which I am setting up with Polycom VVX310.  Yesterday I had one out of three working, and today none work.

I did remove the phones from my system and put them on my home network with a Netgear R7000 router and they connected without issue.  So the problem lies somewhere in the VPN configuration.  We did setup port triggering with chat support and nothing worked.

Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated:

Your phones should not traverse your VPN ideally and I suspect maybe that is part of your issue.  

I would try to have you phones on their own VLAN with a default route to the Internet.
