I have an employee who is trying to use the click to call feature to dial out. When she does this, an error window pops up saying her RingCentral phone is not reachable, and to login, etc.. Well she is logged in, and everything is as it was when it worked correctly. All other employees don't seem to be having any issue, including myself.
