I need to be able to answer two different ring central numbers from one computer app, how do I do that?

We have a user who will have two different Ring Central numbers/extensions.  Can the app be set up to receive calls from both?  Seems you can only log in with one number, which means that second number will never ring through.  Any experience with this?

Not that I am aware of.  Is there a reason why he/she has two different extensions?

She is handling two different client types, and needs to have a dedicated line for each (different voice mail message, etc.).  I'm guessing the best option is for her to just send that second line straight to voicemail and then return phone calls as messages are left?

I don't have a second digital line to test this out but you should be able to forward the second line to the first in Call Handling. If she is only using the app set the forwarding to ring simultaneously with the first line. The only downside I see is that she won't know which client is calling.

You can set up an Advanced Rule for Called Number>Choose the 2nd number>Select Forward Call>Call Handling Forwarding and then have calls come into the first extension. Now all calls coming from either number will ring through to the phone.

First, you can add as many direct phone numbers to a phone as you want:

In your reply you added that you also want separate voicemail greetings for each number.  To accomplish that part I would make advanced rules based on called number and route them to virtual extensions which are in turn forwarded directly to voicemail with different greetings for each number.  Then you can dump all messages back to original user and/or just use email with attachment to get messages to user.

Does that work for you?
