I am use ring central in my desktop but i can't receive msgs from my customers please help me any one.

Are the calls coming into a call queue or to your direct line?

Thanks Kim, we will do a test during this afternoon with one of our Sales Guys. That means we will lost the Caller ID of the people calling us? Or we can review the Call Log in the SoftPhone Screen?
