Identifying incoming calls

We have users that are part of a RingGroup, how can they identify a "ringing incoming call" whether is a direct call (to their direct phone numbers) or an incoming call to the RingGroup ? If is important to mention: they are using Polycoms VVX310.

I recommend using the Incoming Call Information options.
