Voicemail Setup

Hi! I recently reset a SPA-942 phone and ever since I factory reset it, it cannot reach the voicemail number for RingCentral anymore. 

I tried saving and dialing the number manually (*86) but it just returns a dial tone. 

Any ideas on how to solve this? Thank you!

Hoopdy- since the phone was factory reset, has it been re-provisioned with RingCentral's information?

Hi Kim! Yes it has. The phone is working properly, except for the voicemail. The rep is able to make and accept calls.

When a phone is factory reset, it wipes out all the RingCentral SIP provisioning information.  There is a process, the phone will have to be deleted from your account and re-provisioned.  You will need assistance from support.

Will do. I asked for support last time but was not able to help me much. I also put in the SIP information on the phone settings. I have done the setup and provisioning before.

Good morning Kim, I found out that the other case is still ongoing:  04505531 however, the user that is affected is Gina Calco. Thank you!! :)
