Says number is disconnected and nobody is helping

I've been asking ring central for help and nobody is helping. I'm continuing to receive emails from clients and business that are trying to call and it says number is disconneceted. I run a business and can't continue to have this happen. Does anyone else have this issue? Or does anyone know any other VOIP that allows text. My business is suffering this is horrible. Please help.

Andres - I'm sorry for the frustration. I've set this conversation to private so I can gather more information. 
  • What number is saying "disconnected"? 
  • Is the bill paid?
I'll look into this immediately for you.

Kim this isn't the first time i've had this issue. It's not being fixed and I need to cancel my service or this needs fixed. This isn't the first time we've talked as well. I've now had about 10 people call. And why did this get set to private?

Andres - to be able to troubleshoot this and assist I need to know which number is getting that error. I set this conversation to private so that we can gather your account information privately in order to help resolve this issue. 

Please provide the number so we can investigate the issue or provide the case number that was submitted.

Kim I've already provided a bunch of numbers this isn't my first thread in regards to this and since then more numbers have called. I need this resolved or since posting this it looks like i've been contacted by 2 other VOIP companies ready to switch me
