How do you set the sidetone for a Polycom phone

The sidetone on my phone is zero. Is there a control to adjust the level?

Unfortunately, I don't think so.  RC locks down the phones they provide for support reasons.
Now if you convince them to unlock you phone or provide your own phones you can do a lot of advanced adjustments like this, but Polycom phones are notoriously difficult to manage and provision on your own.  They also won't support anything you do on your own to the phones.  Here is an admin guide to give you an idea:   http://supportdocs.polycom.com/PolycomService/support/global/documents/support/setup_maintenance/pro...

Hi  Douglas Kandle,  After reviewing your account... are you referring to the IP 335 model?  If so Brandon is correct.  You can't change it without editing the config file. And he is correct that we do not support any changes you might make.

Thanks. Is zero sidetone the value which has been chosen or is something wrong with the phone?

Can you confirm the phone model?  Is it the IP 335 ?

Yes it is the IP 335.
