I just had a user who advised that she was using her soft phone app on her Windows tablet and that the app went completely white. She is unable to properly log out of the app. The only thing that she can do is click the red "x" in the upper corner. She has clicked the "x" to close the window and has restarted and reopened the app only to find that the soft phone app is still a white screen.
Has anyone experienced this problem or know how we can resolve it?
