Lines Used.

Our old system had a way to see just how many callers were on the line.  Is there a way to see queue status?'

This was helpful when we only have one team member in queue and then we could pull help into team to help with high volumes.

Hi Meredith, I believe this feature is only available in the Ring Central Contact center.  It is a seperate plan but gives much more functionality for business that need more advanced call center features.
