MAC PDF app Preview is recently not showing my PDF edits on the RingCentral FAX receiving end?!

I've been using the MAC PDF app called Preview for a long time. However, recently I'm being notified that PDF's I've been writing on are not showing my edits on the receiving side of the RingCentral FAX. I can email it fine, but the FAX seems to scrape off those new layers I've written. Can somebody offer help?! My entire business operation is on standbye until this is resolved.

Hi David,  There are several variables here.  Does the document have editable form fields in it (blanks, dropdowns etc).  If so, those documents won't work.  Also, are you sure that the you are saving the document before sending the fax? Can you detail the steps that you are going through. e.g. edit form, save, send via email, or saving to computer and sending via desktop app etc.
