RingCentral.com), if you go to Products > Features > Integration > Salesforce, it shows "Maintain your professional identity when initiating calls from the Salesforce1 Mobile App with your business phone number." -- this is not happening and seems like it's showing my personal number instead. How can I change that?

What is the main number on your account, what number's displaying, and what number do you need to display. Also, can you clarify "it's showing" ? Recipitents caller ID?
