Prior to signing up for RingCentral we used an external call company to answer all our calls and forward to relevant person.
We have set our RingCentral so that the each extension is tried until someone answers.
However if everybody is busy (we only have 4 lines) then we would like the call to be re-directed to our external call company to take a message. We want them to talk to a human not leave a message on the answer phone. Is this possible?
