Glip: Possible to direct link to conversations, groups, tasks?

I'm in the process of testing Glip to see if it's a solution we can use. One thing I haven't been able to determine yet is if there is a way to directly link (via URL) to a specific task, conversation, etc within Glip. This would allow us to reference such items within our existing software which would be very useful.

Is this possible?
