- Detailed description of problem
After following this guideline,
- I am unable to park calls. When I press the soft key, it immediately displays, call transfer failed. Using polycom vvx-310 and vvx-410.
Trying to setup park locations, so that people can park calls to be picked up on other phones, regardless of users.

Contacted RingCentral customer support with no help whatsoever. Escalating call, because rep does not know what the issue may be.
